Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to promote Mycannabis in the medical cannabis market.
- Identify and target potential customers, including doctors, medical professionals, and patients, to drive sales and increase market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, leveraging existing doctor contacts and networks.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
- Organize and attend medical conferences, events, and seminars to showcase Mycannabis and generate leads.
- Utilize classical marketing tactics, such as influencer collaborations and endorsements, to increase brand awareness and patient engagement.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to management.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and guidelines.
- Continuously develop product knowledge and keep abreast of advancements in medical cannabis research.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably in the medical cannabis industry.
- A Plus: Existing network and strong relationships with doctors and medical professionals in Germany.
- Familiarity with classical marketing techniques and strategies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in German and good English skills.
