Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to promote Mycannabis in the medical cannabis market.
  • Identify and target potential customers, including doctors, medical professionals, and patients, to drive sales and increase market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, leveraging existing doctor contacts and networks.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
  • Organize and attend medical conferences, events, and seminars to showcase Mycannabis and generate leads.
  • Utilize classical marketing tactics, such as influencer collaborations and endorsements, to increase brand awareness and patient engagement.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to management.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and guidelines.
  • Continuously develop product knowledge and keep abreast of advancements in medical cannabis research.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably in the medical cannabis industry.
  • A Plus: Existing network and strong relationships with doctors and medical professionals in Germany.
  • Familiarity with classical marketing techniques and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in German and good English skills.
