The Role
We are looking for a Paid Media Specialist to support performance growth across key markets. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to develop and apply skills across paid social, paid search, campaign optimisation, and performance analysis.
You will support the planning, execution, and optimisation of paid media activity across key digital channels, helping drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and marketing efficiency.
You’ll work closely with creative, digital, e-commerce, analytics, and localisation teams to ensure campaigns are well executed, market-relevant, and aligned with wider business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the paid media strategy across priority markets
- Launch and manage campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, and other paid channels
- Monitor daily campaign performance and make optimisation decisions based on KPIs
- Assist with testing new creatives, messaging, offers, and landing pages to improve performance
- Work closely with creative teams to brief and develop high-performing ad assets
- Analyse campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Track and report on key performance metrics, including ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR, and revenue
- Support market expansion by localising paid media activity for different regions and audiences
- Help maintain account hygiene, naming conventions, tracking, and tagging accuracy
- Stay up to date with platform updates, paid media trends, competitor activity, and testing opportunities
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in paid media, performance marketing, or digital advertising
- Hands-on experience managing campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Strong understanding of paid media fundamentals, including targeting, bidding, budgeting, and optimisation
- Experience in analysing performance data and turning insights into practical actions
- Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools such as GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Looker Studio
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Desirable
- Experience in e-commerce or DTC environments
- Interest in health, wellness, supplements, beauty, or lifestyle brands
- Exposure to international or multilingual campaigns
- Familiarity with attribution, tracking setup, and feed-based campaigns
- Experience with other paid channels such as TikTok, affiliates, or programmatic
- Knowledge of Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms
- Understanding of creative testing frameworks and conversion rate thinking
